Many thanks to the team at Oasis Pools and Spas for all your hard work and encouragement. Making the decision to put in a pool is major. Where do you start if this is the first time you have done this? We didn't have a clue. But, one call to Oasis and Jason was on his way. From then on every decision was made easy.

 

Jason did not just offer us a pool, he recommended what would best fit our yard and our needs. Our pool is unique to our home. It seems as though the pool was built along with the house. Perfect fit!

 

To continue the support and professionalism the crew kept us informed of day to day progress as they were building, moving dirt, filling with water, etc. Now the ladies in the office give continued support for keeping the water looking its best by testing it and recommending products to add.

The entire experience from start to finish and ongoing has been delightful, easy and exciting.

I reviewed all available regional pool companies as well as internet searches before settling on Oasis Pools and Spas of Vicksburg, MS. From the outset, reviewing their website, as well as my initial contact with the Oasis Team: Jason, Jamie, "Cut", Joey, Randy and many others, it was professional, courteous and extremely helpful service from the first day. All questions I posed were answered promptly and also educated me on the progress of building an outdoor living area such as a pool and surrounding structures.

After thoroughly discussing my vision for what I wanted to build, Oasis proceeded with a detailed draft design for my review, edit and approval. After going final with the design, each stage of construction was completely explained and detailed. As a customer/homeowner I knew I had found the partner I needed to briing my vision to life. The selection of materials, subcontractors and even the timing for the construction and ultimate "go-live" opening date for my pool was meticulous and very effective in both the schedule, cost and product delivered.

Today, my vision for my homes outdoor living area, including an in-ground gunite pool, spa, firepit, tiki torches, surrounding deck and patio porch has been realized and I could not be happier with the outstanding results. My wife and I are very proud of how I swimming pool and spa turned out.

Myra and I would like to thank you and your staff, again for our gorgeous pool and spa! You and all of
your staff did an outstanding job. Jason's expert advice in selecting the pool shape and the placement
of the pool in my backyard worked out just great.

There were no problems, hassles, and stresses during the construction process. Everyone we dealt with
was totally professional and responsive. Jason's concern for the final landscaping was very appreciated
and I am not left with any drainage problems. I was very impressed the very first day the construction
started in setting the elevation of the pool and tying the placement of the pool in with our existing
backyard.

Oasis's crew was very professional and I can see their pride in their workmanship. All of the work is
